the hotel had a central setting to the restaurants in the area. the staff were very very helpful, tried to make the stay a very lovely experience. the room was perfectly clean and nicely decorated in general.

Perfectly clean hotel. I greatly enjoyed the outstandingly accommodating staff. My bed was nice and the room was newly decorated. the nice bathroom was a great addition. I was offered a good breakfast with nice coffee and freshly baked pastries. the stay was absolutely comfortable.

I liked the location, the room was spotless during our stay, (but when we first got in the room there was a whole cigarette on the floor by the bed!!!) but besides that it was a nice enough room. Near to the Arena, Breakfast was fine. A little expensive perhaps.
I know you don't go to italy to watch the tv but it would have been nice to have a couple of English channels on the tv. Perhaps it would be an idea if there was a dvd player in the room so you could perhaps watch a dvd film or something whilst in the room. I think they could do with a sitting room for guests to sit awhile, as the room are quite small.

Tiny room. No room to walk around bed. No place to sit in room and no lobby.

The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly, making you feel welcome. The superior room is beautifully decorated, air-conditioned, and comes with a balcony.

A short walk to everything from the hotel. It is very well situated. Breakfast was competent.
